Zalaris expands service coverage to BeNeLux to meet growing demand

Zalaris is establishing a presence in The Netherlands with dedicated delivery capability to provide payroll and HR services across the BeNeLux region covering Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg under the leadership of Bastiaan Karlas, EVP BeNeLux.

This is an important milestone in the company's ambition to cover EU and G20 markets with our own delivery capability.
The expansion responds directly to customer demand for Zalaris' HR and payroll services and expertise across the region. As a European HR and payroll partner, Zalaris combines cross-border delivery at scale through its integrated PeopleHub cloud solution powered by SAP with strong local compliance and customer proximity, supporting both European and global organisations with multi-country HR and payroll needs.
To lead the new region, Zalaris has appointed Bastiaan Karlas as Executive Vice President, BeNeLux. Bastiaan brings more than two decades of experience in HCM technology and HR transformation and has led complex HR and payroll transformations and international implementations for global organisations.
The dedicated regional organisation will serve both existing and new clients in BeNeLux, focusing on end-to-end managed HR and payroll services based on Zalaris PeopleHub to help customers simplify operations, improve service quality and ensure compliance while meeting local requirements.
